Replacement Policy

bkr thoughtfully design and expertly engineer all bkr products. The bkr bottle is break-resistant with a protective sleeve and cap designed to protect the glass. The cup is more delicate but the double wall borosilicate provides insulation and an elevated sensory experience for both hot and cold beverages. 

We know you will treat your bkrs with care, but sometimes things happen. If your bkr bottle or cup breaks within the first 30 days of purchase email [email protected]:

• 1) a photo of your broken bkr
• 2) the original receipt from mybkr.com
• 3) details regarding how it broke.

Please safely save your sleeve and any part that survived, we’ll replace the part that broke. Limited to one bkr per customer. Alteration, misuse or abuse voids this policy. Normal wear and tear are not covered. 

Manufacturer Warranty

We stand behind all of our products and provide a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty for defective parts, not including accidental damage and normal wear and tear. Alteration, misuse or abuse voids this policy. We do not offer monetary reimbursement.
