How to use:
- Disconnect — and put your devices in airplane mode.
- Hydrate — throughout your experience by drinking water.
- Pour — entire contents of bag into hot bath.
- Optional – reserve a small amount of clay for a face or body mask.
- Soak — in a tub for 20-30 minutes of pure restoration.
- Sweat & Rest — under a blanket or robe as your body continues to detoxify through perspiration.
As a pre- and post-bathing ritual, :
- Drink 8-16 ounces of spring water to stay hydrated.
- Fill your tub with warm water. Sprinkle the entire contents of the packet and stir the bath with a wooden spoon to make sure the salts fully dissolve.
- Hop in the tub, immersing your body for 15-20 minutes, keeping water at a consistent temperature and relax while the algae goes to work.
- Emerge from your soak and towel dry.
- Do not rinse––algae can remain active for 12 hours.
- Immediately wrap yourself in a towel and relax under a warm blanket for 20-30 minutes while the algae continues to purify. Towel dry. Relax & Rest.
- For best results, use two times per week; may also be used daily.
