How to use:
We recommend three to five 10-minute weekly treatments for four to six weeks, followed by maintenance as desired.
- Peel back the hydrocolloid patch adhesive side 1 (marked with a device icon) and adhere to the Skin Corrector device.
- Peel back adhesive side 2 (marked with a face icon) and place the device directly to the skin where desired.
- Turn on the device and conduct the 10-minute treatment. Hydrocolloid patches are single-use only.

To register your device for warranty you will need to directly request it from OMNILUX.
Please take a picture of your receipt or order confirmation (proof of purchase) from Loshen & Crem and email [email protected].
Omnilux devices are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty if your product fails after the initial return window. Under normal use, Omnilux devices are warranted for 2 years from the date of delivery on your original order. The controller is warranted for 1 year.
If you suspect a fault with your device and would like to start a warranty request, please request a Return Authorization Number by contacting us at [email protected]. Someone from their team will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days via email with further instructions. You will need to provide proof of purchase with your request by attaching your original receipt or order confirmation at the time of submitting your warranty request. The Omnilux manufacturer’s warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us since we have multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that stock may run out after your order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days since you purchased it.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
